If you are a PR company, brand or book publisher that wants to send me something to review, I would be happy to receive it but please bear in mind that I will only write about items that I personally find interesting.
With regard to reviews, I write them honestly, writing up the positive as well as the negative as that is what my readers value.
If you would like me to host a give away I would be glad to discuss the details with you.
I write here for pleasure and out of passion and I make no money from the running of this site. I do, however, write freelance elsewhere, and if you would like me to write for your site or publication, I would love to talk to you. Would love to help test here in Brazil if your recipes aren’t too exotic – not always easy to find everything I need here, but do travel every once in a while to the big city – Belo Horizonte. Hi Peter! Thank you for the offer. Have a look through the recipes tagged as ‘my recipes’ and see if anything looks suitable for you, if they do please do a short write up of the recipe – what you liked/disliked, if the recipe worked ok etc and then either blog it or email it to me.
