I adore these sausages and always get some when I go to a Waitrose store. What a lovely recipe you’ve got to use them in.

Thanks Flora. If you can’t find the Catalan sausages (although, they’re worth hunting out) you could just use any herby sausages you like. Chorizo might work nicely too.
