I don&#039;t think white wine would work here very well, I think you really do need the &#039;meaty&#039; depth of the red wine, Fruit wine such as a peppery Damson or sharp Cherry wine might work though.

Twitter is rather useful and good fun isn&#039;t it. I can&#039;t face Facebook as well though, 25 hours in a day, I wish ;)</description>

		<description>Aww thanks Sarah! You&#039;re right the vinegar really gave an acidity but sweetness too and the brown sugar gave a great depth but not a lot of sweetness, it was lovely.
