Thanks for the link to the pancake video - I shall be trying those out very soon. I've never seen Rachel Allen on TV, or read any of her books. But I feel sort of the same way about Bill Granger - I'm sure he's lovely but on TV he seems unnatural and uncomfortable (to me, anyway).
