Brenda and Jeannette I bought the sausages from https://www.nifeislife.com/ a fabulous Italian deli (based in London I think), they import lots of gorgeous Italian goodies. The sausages were just titled “Fresh Sausage” but I emailed them to find out what kind they were, I get the impression they change depending on what stock they have. Hope that helps.

Those lentils look really pretty in that photo KG – mottled oranges and browns – I haven’t heard of these lentils before so I really appreciate you blogging about them. Your sausages and lentils look great. I’ve only ever made Nigella’s version before, but if I ever come across this new (to me) lentil, I am surely going to make this recipe:)
