Coby if you can find these lentils you really must try them, they are fabulous.

Helene thank you :)

Brenda and Jeannette I bought the sausages from https://www.nifeislife.com/ a fabulous Italian deli (based in London I think), they import lots of gorgeous Italian goodies. The sausages were just titled "Fresh Sausage" but I emailed them to find out what kind they were, I get the impression they change depending on what stock they have. Hope that helps.

I was going to make the same comment as Breanda, those sausages look really tasty, where do you get them from, if you don't mind giving out the information?

Those lentils look really pretty in that photo KG - mottled oranges and browns - I haven't heard of these lentils before so I really appreciate you blogging about them. Your sausages and lentils look great. I've only ever made Nigella's version before, but if I ever come across this new (to me) lentil, I am surely going to make this recipe:)
