I couldn’t believe my eyes a couple of months back when I got an email from the Communications Officer of my local Royal College of Nursing branch asking me if I’d mind if they did a feature in the weekly Bulletin about me! Of course I snapped up the offer, after all as Brendan Behan’s saying goes, all publicity is good publicity.
One thing not mentioned in the article is that I’m also working my way through writing my first (hopefully of many) cookery books, a long but rewarding process.
So I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all my regular viewers for their continued support (I couldn’t do this without you!!) and a big welcome to any fellow nurses who find their way over here
