It’s from The Best of Irish Breads and Baking: Traditional, Contemporary and Festive (Georgina Campbell), but the icing is from Spectacular Cakes (Mich Turner). Both great books.
They all look fab but the first one is my favourite, I love the colours and asparagus and balsamic and ……..:)

My goodness, I am drooling! Hard to pick a favorite among that lineup.
I put my vote on the white choc cake and the filled paprikas to eat but I agree with Lorraine: the colors on the first pic are wonderful.
